While the Bishop Lavis Community prepares to bid farewell to a little boy who’d been murdered, his alleged killer will undergo mental observation.
Forty-year-old Mervyn White appeared in the Bishop Lavis Magistrates Court on Friday the 17th of August.
According to the Bishop Lavis Policing Forum, the case had been postponed until Monday.
White is accused of murdering a 5-year-old child.
