Gun violence has again gripped Manenberg.
A 5-year-old boy is in a serious condition in hospital after being caught in the crossfire of a suspected gang shooting, yesterday.
The child was shot in the head.
Two women were also wounded in the shooting.
The Manenberg Community Policing Forum’s Vernon Visagie explains what happened…
He says the community has been left deeply traumatised.
Visagie believes the only way to combat gun violence – is for residents to speak out.
